Kevin Dzurik is the founder and principal of XNA Developers, LLC, a Northwest Arkansas-based residential development company dedicated to building high-quality communities. With over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, Kevin brings expert leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a long-term vision to every project.
Kevin began building homes in 1994 and quickly earned a reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and professionalism. By 1998, he expanded into commercial construction, developing hotels across the southern United States under top national brands. His work in the hospitality industry deepened his expertise in project management, site development, and brand-compliant construction.
Licensed as both a general and residential contractor in Louisiana, Arkansas, and Florida, Kevin leads a team of top architects, contractors, suppliers, and interior designers—ensuring every home is built to the highest standards.
Today, through XNA Developers, Kevin is focused on creating residential communities that people are proud to call home—starting with Huber Place, a new neighborhood in Centerton/Bentonville.
